During my own health journey, I had an epiphany. I realized it was NOT about the food. There are only two reason

we eat:

  • We are hungry and we need food to eat; and


  • We have become disconnected in some area of our lives – we have a void inside us, and we use food as the fastest way to fill that void.

After doing this repeatedly, we now eat out of habit.

I totally get the challenges and stresses professionals face each day in their work and personal lives and how this influences your relationship with food and how this impacts your health, relationships and career and possibly finances.

  • We are hungry and we need food to eat; and

Diets and exercise programs only focus on the ACTIONS you take.

Changing from a diet mentality to healthy journey.

People that start diets, regain the weight between 2-5 years. Our thoughts determine our feelings (about ourselves, others and the world).


Our actions determine our results, positive or negative. You MUST begin with the right thoughts and beliefs or you won’t be able to take the right actions consistently and get the results you want permanently.

Really visualize this to the point you get excited about living into this healthier version of yourself.

Diets and exercise programs only focus on the ACTIONS you take.

YOU WILL ONLY LOSE THE WEIGHT PERMANENTLY WHEN YOU CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS AND BELIEFS.
